2# of ground turkey
2 medium Yams cooked
1 cup Kale steamed
1/2 cup Red Peppers steamed
1/4 cup shredded carrots steamed
1 Package of your Favorite Bee Nut Buddies.
Stove top your ground turkey so there is still a little pink to it. Then scoop the meat into a mixing bowl, set a side.
Sliced yams and place in the pan with a little juice from the turkey. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
Add red peppers, kale, shredded carrots with the yams and continue to steam with lid on for 5- 7 minutes.
Mix vegetables with turkey.
Add and mix your Bee Nut Buddies.
Makes approx. 43 oz.
Place in a air tight container, store in refrigerator up to two days or freeze
